WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT TREES?
We are curious to hear your thoughts on trees and the feelings they evoke. Here are some selected contributions that might inspire us all to reflect:
It's like looking deep into the eyes of an old tree and suddenly understanding: You've been there the whole time, watching, protecting - and now you're telling me your story.

For me, trees are as fascinating and diverse as any other living thing on this planet. I can't imagine a world in which these deeply interconnected beings don't ‘talk’ to each other in their own way. I have no doubt that they communicate - perhaps not with words, but through whispers in the roots, signals in the air and rhythms that we have yet to understand. Their unity enables them to be strong, to warn, to protect and to survive. And yet their secrets remain hidden, waiting for the day when we finally learn to listen.

The Being of Trees is an extraordinary series of images that not only impresses aesthetically, but also triggers a deep dialog - about our relationship to nature, about empathy, perception and the silent life beyond our human world.

I had never thought about the fact that a tree might feel something when we carelessly walk past it. These pictures open a window - not into a forest, but into a consciousness that is older than ours.
